Beachbody has created popular in-home fitness and weight loss solutions, including P90X, Slim in 6, INSANITY, Turbo Jam, Hip Hop Abs, Body Gospel, Yoga Booty Ballet, Kathy Smith’s Project:YOU! Type 2, and ChaLEAN Extreme. In addition to DVD-based home fitness programs, BeachBody also offers easy-to-follow diet guidelines, nutritional supplements, and an online support system.
BeachBody products work for weight loss because they are developed with a team of experts and are thoroughly tested before being sold to the public, and they’re realistic; meaning, if you put the work in, you will get results. Another aspect of BeachBody that people like is that BeachBody.com provides 24 hours a day, seven days a week motivation and peer support through message boards. However, if you want to Lose Weight in a Week, you may not be able to do it with BeachBody products.
Because BeachBody has so many different fitness programs on DVD, there is something that will appeal to virtually every personality. Their programs are geared towards different needs and interests, like weight loss, express, abs/core, dance, extreme results, cardio/fat burning, and advanced workouts. If you like dance, you can try workouts like Rockin’ Body, which is like a high-energy dance party, or Brazil Butt Lift, which uses Brazilian dance to tone your butt. Or, if you want to lose weight, you can try the TurboFire workout, which helps you burn up to nine tines more fat and calories than in traditional workouts.
In addition to the different fitness programs that BeachBody offers, they also sell nutritional supplements. These include meal replacements, and supplements that support muscle enhancement, peak performance, weight loss, and overall wellness. They have supplements geared towards sliming, increasing your overall nutrition, supporting joint health, boosting your immune system, and more. Additionally, they offer meal replacement shakes, powders and protein bars to help with your weight maintenance. 
You can also find workout gear from BeachBody. This includes bands, balls and weights, core/yoga gear, fitness trackers, and BeachBody logo wear. These products are meant to be used with the different fitness programs, and there are also sets of gear designed specifically for use with the P90X workout, the INSANITY: THE ASYLUM workout, and the Turbo Jam workout.
As you can see, BeachBody offers some good fitness programs, but what we found in our research is that Xyngular has proven to be the fastest, safest and longest lasting weight management program on the weight loss market.
